Rasmussen announced that Michael Shah has been promoted to Head of Private Deal’s. In his new role, Mr. Shah will lead the RM team as they work alongside the firm’s industry bankers, offering strategic insights for clients on equity-based solutions for their capital-raising needs.
Since joining RM in 2011, Mr. Shah has been instrumental in the expansion and success of the equity capital markets group. Prior to RM, he spent time at Peterson Partners, MayBank Securities and BPE Asia covering venture capital and private equity funds with a focus on equities transactions.
